• Pro Air Clean was founded in 1998. Its major shareholder is the German-Swiss company Chinox AG. Pro Air Clean is the first incinerator in Romania that complies with the European legislation.
• Chinox AG is a European leader in ecological incineration and has operating units in Austria, Belgium and Hungary.
